These Terms govern your use of EtsiaShopee — the multi-tenant ecommerce platform that hosts merchant stores, billing, and related services. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

Who we are and what we provide

EtsiaShopee provides software and hosting so merchants can run an online store (admin and storefront). Platform owners operate the fleet (plans, entitlements, domains, and billing). We do not sell your catalog for you.

Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate registration details, keep credentials secure, and be able to enter a binding agreement. You are responsible for activity under your account and for staff you invite to your store admin.

Plans, trials, and payments

Signup does not require a deposit by default. Paid plans, App Store modules, and usage limits follow the live plan matrix and entitlements. Platform subscription charges use the configured billing path (Razorpay by default in India). Failed payment or policy-based suspend may limit storefront and/or admin access as configured.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse EtsiaShopee: no illegal goods or services, no abuse of other tenants, no attempts to bypass entitlements or isolation, and no content that violates applicable law. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules.

Your content and store data

You retain rights to your catalog, customer, and order data in your tenant store. You grant us the rights needed to host, back up, and operate the service. Isolation is structural (dedicated tenant databases) — do not attempt cross-tenant access.

Changes, contact, and governing notes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be reflected on this page. Questions about these Terms should go to the platform contact published on the marketing site. Local mandatory consumer or merchant protections still apply where they cannot be waived.
